When you place an order on our website, we securely process your payment through our payment gateway. Your credit card will only be charged after:

- Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1-3] business days from the time the payment is successfully authorized. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipment notification when it is dispatched.
- Availability: If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you by email with the option to either cancel the item or choose an alternative. You will only be charged for items that are shipped.
- Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Time: The time required to ship your order depends on the delivery method selected at checkout and your location. Typically, domestic orders will arrive within 3 to 5 business days, and international orders may take longer.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s progress.
- Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed and the payment is authorized, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes to your order (such as updating your shipping address or canceling items), please contact us at anne@billdippel.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed.
- Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, including credit card refunds, once the return is received and inspected.
- Fraud Prevention
We take the security of your personal information seriously. All credit card transactions are processed through secure encryption technology. To help protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activities, we monitor all transactions for unusual or suspicious activity. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that appear to be fraudulent.
