The Bill Dippel Strengths Coaching Team
Why We Do What We Do
Most leaders and employees are unaware of their natural talents and abilities. As a result, leaders mismanage talent and people focus too much effort trying to fix what’s “wrong” with them instead of capitalizing on what’s right. It leaves people feeling like failures as their chances of success, and that of the organization is diminished.
As Gallup-certified Strengths Coaches, we provide the tools and coaching organizations need to identify and understand the natural talents and abilities of their people. When both leaders and individuals become aware of their strengths, they can unlock their full potential and reach maximum performance.
We do the work we do because, when people know their strengths, they are more likely to succeed in their careers and their personal lives.

OUR MISSION
Most people are unaware of their own natural talents and abilities which limits their effectiveness and causes unnecessary hardship. We help leaders and teams around the nation identify and understand their natural talents and abilities so they can capitalize on their strengths and become more engaged, productive, and personally fulfilled in their careers.
OUR IMMUTABLE LAWS
Respect – Respect goes every direction and we all demonstrate it to eachother. We bring people together and create a community where we appreciate each other’s differences and show reverence. We refuse to join people in their negativity while also making sure our conversation is constructive and productive. We don’t bring others down to raise ourselves up.
Accountability – We all show up fully to our work. We take responsibility for our roles, acknowledging the impact of our actions. We don’t point fingers or throw people under the bus.
Honesty – We don’t violate the trust of others by being deceptive. We don’t embellish or make things up. Instead, we are open and go deep knowing that this is where growth happens. We acknowledge our weaknesses and recognize we have the freedom to make mistakes without needing to look for a way out.
Growth Mindset – Be willing to be uncomfortable and have the courage to be scared but do it anyway. Be coachable and willing to receive help with a desire to get better and improve.
