Bill Dippel Gallup Certified Strengths CoachIntroducing Bill Dippel – Gallup Certified Strengths Coach

After 30 years in the corporate world, I finally took the leap to “trade it all in” for a new mission. I am excited to announce my official launch as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.

A lot of people have questioned me. Why take the risk of opening your own coaching practice? Why become a professional Gallup Certified Strengths Coach?

Truthfully, it’s because of my 30+ years in the corporate world that I became a coach. After playing both the role of employee and leader, I realized something tragic—most people have no idea who they really are or who they are working with. As a result, people work tirelessly to try and “fix” themselves (and others) and essentially fit square pegs in round holes.

It has led to dysfunction, poor communication, and unnecessary suffering for employees and leaders alike. But, the good news is, it doesn’t have to be this way!

After playing both the role of employee and leader, I realized something tragic—most people have no idea who they really are or who they are working with.

The CliftonStrengths System is a powerful tool that helps people better understand themselves and each other. Over the last 14 years I’ve been using this work to help individuals and organizations unlock their potential and transform their lives and, now, I have the honor of continuing this work to reach more people.

I hope you’ll join me. Stay tuned as I’ll be sharing strategies and tips on how you can use your strengths and the strengths of your team members to improve your workplace, your performance, and…your life!

So, What Is A Strengths Coach?

In 2001, the Gallup organization released a book called “StrengthsFinder” that ignited a global conversation about talents and helped millions of people discover how they are built.

CliftonStrengths 345 ReportGallup created an assessment tool called the CliftonStrengths Assessment. In 177 questions it measures your talents, your patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving and categorizes them into 34 CliftonStrengths themes. It then provides a CliftonStrengths report outlining your unique profile showing your natural talents and abilities in rank order with a description of how they show up for you. It’s powerful and, for many, it’s the first time they ever really see themselves clearly.

This powerful assessment tool is the crux to my role as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, but it doesn’t stop there or, at least, it shouldn’t

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I help people to not only understand and interpret their results but, more importantly, I coach them on how to practice them, develop them, and aim their strengths at success.

Just like a sports coach helps you apply your talents to the game and then coaches you on how to improve your performance, a strengths coach works alongside you as you apply your talents and then provides the direction and feedback you need in order to get better results.
